Q: Why I can’t get pics to auto-rotate?

A: Please kindly note that the portrait orientation of photos depends on the gravity sensing information of the original picture.   Normally, it can auto-rotate photos that you take with your cell phone. But if you download a picture from a computer, or you already change the photos' specification, it may lose the gravity sensor.   It is not the problem of the frame instead of the photo itself if your photos won't auto rotated, you could try to flip the photo on a computer and save it again, then put it on a frame to show it.

Q : Why can't the photo frame turn on?

A: Check whether the plug is inserted correctly. Make sure you already turn on the frame after plug the wall charger via the remote control or the on/off buttons of the digital photo frame on the back   Contact our customer service via mrqsupport@sina.com if your problem still remains.
