Please check the update steps as below to update the above software: steps as below:
1. Copy this update software onto your USB
2. Plug the USB into the digital photo frame
3. Go to the settings and find "others" and choose "explorer"
4. Find the software and confirm the update
After the update finishes, the screen will go black.
Please kindly wait for 2-3 minutes and replug in the power cord, reboot the digital photo frame.
